[ Properties] This product is a light yellow or yellow clear liquid.

[Pharmacological effects] Pharmacodynamics This product has the activity of repelling fluke of cattle, sheep, hemorax twisting and some arthropods. It has no effect on discus anterioris. The expulsion rate of most gastrointestinal nematodes, such as Hemiorus, acrostoma and oesophagostoma, was more than 90%. Resistance to this product could be developed in some strains of hemorrhoeum twisting. Sodium iodosalamine chloride can effectively repel hookworm Canis, but not in vivo larvae. It can also prevent or reduce common strongylus infection in horses. In addition, it has a 100% killing effect on the first, second and third stage of the sheep nose maggot, and also has a good repellant effect on the third stage of the cow skin fly larvae. Its anti-insect mechanism is to increase the permeability of parasite mitochondria and uncouple oxidative phosphorylation, so as to play a repellent role.

Pharmacokinetics cyanoiodosalamine chloride has a high plasma protein binding rate in sheep (> 99%), resulting in a elimination half-life of 14.5 days. The drug is mainly excreted in the stool (80%), with less than 0.5% excreted in the urine.

[Drug interactions] Cyanoiodosalamine chloride may be used in combination with benzimidazoles or levamisole.

[Action and use] Antiparasitic drugs. It is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of liver chioniasis of cattle and sheep, gastrointestinal nematode disease and sheep nose myiasis.

[Usage and dosage] Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection: one dose, 0.05 ~ 0.1ml per lkg body weight of cattle; 0.1 ~ 0.2ml for sheep.

[Adverse reactions] No adverse reactions have been observed when used according to the prescribed usage and dosage.

[Precautions] It has certain irritation to the injection site.

[Rest period] cattle and sheep 28 days; Discard milk period 28 days.
