Product Description
This product is the dried rhizome of Zingiber officinale Rosc. Harvested in winter, remove the fibrous roots and sediment, sun-dried or dried at low temperature. When freshly sliced and dried in the sun or dried at low temperature, it is called dried ginger slices.

Original form

Preparation

Characteristic
