Functions and Indications】: Tonifying the spleen and benefiting the qi, clearing heat and detoxifying, dispelling phlegm and relieving cough, relieving urgency and pain, and harmonizing various medicines. It is used for weakness of spleen and stomach, tiredness and weakness, palpitation and shortness of breath, cough with phlegm, contracture and pain in the abdomen and extremities, carbuncle and sores, and to relieve drug toxicity and potency.
【Dosage】: For internal use: decoction, 3-9g (large dose 30-60g). Externally: appropriate amount, decoction, washing; or grind and apply.
